Graphic Art, Branding & Print Design

Graphic Art, Branding & Print Design...
Graphics Design sends a message to your customers about your company.  A professional and effective message communicates trust, emotion and comfort to your audience while generating excitement about your product or service.

At Skinny's Webworks, we utilize graphics in special ways that get you more business by assuring all images are branded with your brand/logo, that the file name of each image is consistent with its description and that its description is also keyword matched with an ALT-tag. This tells Google and other search engines what is depicted in the image and increases your website's SEO.

Full Graphics & Printing Shop...
We staff two amazing graphics designers experienced in all types of print media including business card, flyer, brochure, billboards & banners, automobile graphics and everything else.  We work with a local print shop that will utilize our designs and print paper, hard-board, vinyl and pretty much anything else.

On a technical level we can produce RGB or CMYK graphics, raster or vector and utilize Corel Draw, Paint.NET and various other software applications to provide the perfect proofed images and graphics for your print requirements.

Tips To Help You Stop Procrastinating

Have you ever sat and watched your to do list get larger and larger and you kept putting it off. The more you have to do, the less you want to do it. However, it feels great when you start checking things off that list and getting stuff accomplished. It may be tough to find the drive to start, but once you get going it gets easier to keep the flow. Here are some tips to get you in gear:

Make Your Bed - This is the first task of the day. Making your bed can set your mood for the whole day and put you in a frame of mind that helps to accomplish the things you need to get done.

"If you make your bed every morning you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another. By the end of the day, that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed. Making your bed will also reinforce the fact that little things in life matter. If you can't do the little things right, you will never do the big things right." - Admiral William McRaven

Organization - Being in a chaos filled space can directly effect your mind and create a more chaotic mental state. Organizing your work space is a great way to start your to do list. It helps to clear your mind and lay out exactly what you have to do.

Deadlines - Setting deadlines is one of the most effective ways to keep checking items off your to do list. Pick a task, pick a time you need to complete it by, and pick a reward. Once you finish your task on time, reward yourself with a break, or something else that you will look forward to.

Get Dressed - If you work from home it's great to not have a long morning routine to get yourself physically presentable for other people every day. However, if you do get dressed first thing in the morning you will have more motivation to get your work going.

Why Business Reviews Are Important

There are so many businesses out there that provide the same service or product you do so what is going to make customers choose your business? One thing customers are looking at more than ever are reviews. In a world where people are glued to their phones, you can be assured they are going to Google your business before they purchase, especially if they've never done business with you prior. People like to shop around for the best company and after doing research they're going to choose the business that has the best product/service and the best customer service. A great way for them to find out which business offers these is to go based on what others have experienced.

If a customer is looking for something specific they will look at reviews to make sure your product or service matches what they need. If they're not sure about what exactly it is you're offering, reviews from previous customers may clear up their confusion.

Most importantly, online reviews reflect your customer service. Not all products people purchase or services they pay for are exactly what they expect. Sometimes a product or service disappoints a customer so they reach out to the company to see what can be done. If they get a response that is rude or non-interested it shows that the company doesn't care about their customers. If a customer receives good customer service they will be more likely to purchase from that company again.

Some statistics:

• 90% of consumers read online reviews before they visit a company
• 88% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations
• Customers are likely to spend 31% more on a business that has "excellent" reviews
• 72% say that positive reviews make them trust a business more
• 92% of users will use a business if it has at least a 4 star rating
• 86% of people will hesitate to use a business if it has negative reviews

There are always those customers that you can never satisfy, even with great customer service. So what do you do when you get a negative online review?

• First, you should respond to the review as soon as possible
• Be honest and admit your mistake
• Mention your business's strengths
• Correct any inaccuracies in the review
• Try to respond like a person instead of a corporation
• Offer a solution to the customer's complaint
•Make sure to thank them for taking the time to leave you a review
